A neighborhood center may incorporate plazas, courtyards or forecourts consistent with the parks and open space standards (§§ 153.1015 through 153.1023 of this chapter). If the proposed development includes at least 10,000 square feet, at least 400 square feet of parks/open space shall be provided per equivalent dwelling unit. No other provisions of the parks and open space standards apply to a neighborhood center.
