§ 112.03 FEES.
   The fee to be paid for such licenses shall be for an annual license as set out in § 38.01 of this code of ordinances; provided that, a junk dealer not maintaining a store or yard in the city shall pay a fee as set out in § 38.01 of this code of ordinances per vehicle used.
