§ 96.036 REMOVAL.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to remove or cut down any tree or shrub in any such public place without having secured a permit therefor.
   (B)   Applications for such permits shall be made to the City Clerk/Finance Director and shall be referred to and approved by the Superintendent of the Street Department before issuance.
