(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation failing to so number any house, building or other structure occupied by him or her, as provided in § 96.072 of this chapter, if, after receiving notice to do so from the Clerk/Finance Director, shall continue in his or her failure to so number any such house, building or structure shall be fined $1 for each day during or on which a failure to so number continues.
