§ 95.40 RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR PURPOSES OF INSPECTION, AND THE LIKE.
   The city, by its authorized representatives shall have the right to go upon and into Zones A, B, C, D and E and every part thereof and the improvements thereon at any and all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the same; also to gain access to other land; plant and care for trees and other vegetation; to construct or cause to be constructed and maintained sewer, water and gas pipes, electric and telephone lines and pipes and lines for other services and their appurtenances; to improve and protect the shoreline; and to do any other work pertaining to the improvement, protection, sanitary control and regulation of the reservoir and its environs.
