§ 95.33 INJURY TO PROPERTY.
   No person shall cut, break, climb on, carry away, conceal, transfer, tamper with, mark upon or in any way injure, damage or deface any tree, shrub, plant, turf, grass, statue, bust, lamppost, hydrant, regulating device, transformer, meter, wire, wiring pole, curbstone, coping, flagstone, fence, wall, bridge, balustrade, railing, bench, building or other structure of any kind or property or take down, alter, mar, move, injure or destroy any sign, trail marker, placard, notice, post, pile or buoy posted or placed by the city or authorized to be posted or placed by the city, in Zones A, B, C, D or E; or drive any motor car, vehicle or boat in such manner as to cause the same to collide with, run against, strike or cause to strike, injure or deface or damage any such property. No person shall open any fire hydrant of the city, except a duly authorized firefighter or agent of the city.
