§ 95.24 WATER SKIING AND SURFBOARD RIDING.
   (A)   No water skiing or surfboard riding shall be permitted between the period of sunset to sunrise.
   (B)   All water skiers or surfboard riders must wear approved life jackets or belts.
   (C)   All skiers shall hold one ski aloft when they fall in the water.
   (D)   At least two people must be occupying the boat when pulling a water skier.
   (E)   No water skiing or surfboard riding is permitted within Zone B or in the areas marked for the boat harbors. All areas for ingress or egress shall be those designated by the city and none other.
   (F)   Water skiing and surfboard riding is prohibited under all bridges.
