§ 90.17 FORWARDING OF RECORDS.
   At the expiration of the seven days’ notice as described in § 90.16 of this chapter, the City Manager, Police Chief or Code Enforcement Officer shall forward all records of the violation to the Attorney for the city for immediate prosecution.
