(A) No vehicle shall be continuously parked in any one parking space within the parking zone for longer than two hours within any four-hour period between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., excepting Saturdays, Sundays and state-designated holidays, excepting any judge presiding in the county displaying a city-issued placard and except:

(B) Any person violating any provision of this schedule shall be assessed a fine of $5. If said fine is not paid within ten days of the date of the violation, the fine shall increase to $20.
