(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating the terms and provisions of § 75.02 of this chapter shall be fined no less that $50 and not more than $500 for the first conviction and not less than $100 or more than $750 for each subsequent conviction.
