It shall be unlawful to ride upon any bicycle or toy vehicle as listed in § 73.09 of this chapter on any sidewalk within the area generally known as the square, which is hereby defined as the area on both sides of the street of the area bounded by College Avenue, Main Street, Second Street and Third Street, and one block from the intersection of said streets on each side of said streets in each cardinal point direction.
