(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined as set forth in § 70.99(A) of this code of ordinances.
(B) A violation of any part of § 71.080 of this chapter shall result in a mandatory fine of $1,000 or 50 hours of community service.
