§ 52.067 BUILDING SEWER PERMITS.
   (A)   There shall be two classes of building sewer permits: for residential service, and for service to commercial and industrial establishments.
   (B)   In either case, the owner or his or her agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the city. The permit application shall be supplemented with any plans, specifications or other information considered pertinent in the judgement of the city. A permit and inspection fee as set out in § 38.01 of this code of ordinances for a residential building sewer permit and a fee as set out in § 38.01 of this code of ordinances for an industrial or commercial building shall be paid to the city at the time the application is filed. The fee is not refundable. The industry, as a condition of the permit authorization, must provide information describing its wastewater constituents, characteristics and type of activity.
