§ 118.20 LICENSE CLASSIFICATION; FEES.
   There shall be thirteen classes of licenses.
   (A)   Class A license (package). A Class A license shall authorize the retail sale, on the premises, of alcoholic liquor of all varieties for consumption off the premises. The local Liquor Commission shall issue zero Class A licenses. The fee for a Class A license shall be as set out in § 38.01 of this code of ordinances. Class A licenses shall authorize the premises to be open for business from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on each day from Sunday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the following day on each Friday and Saturday (Fridays at 6:00 a.m. through Saturday at 1:00 a.m., and Saturdays at 6:00 a.m. through Sunday at 1:00 a.m.). Sale of alcohol shall cease promptly at the times set forth above and shall not commence until the approved hours for the following day.
   (B)   Class B license (service station/convenience store). A Class B license shall authorize the retail sale, on the premises specified, of beer and wine for consumption off the premises; provided that, gasoline is also sold on the premises. The local Liquor Commission shall issue five Class B licenses. The fee for a Class B license shall be as set out in § 38.01 of this code of ordinances. Class B licenses shall authorize the premises to be open for business from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on each day from Sunday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the following day on each Friday and Saturday (Fridays at 6:00 a.m. through Saturday at 1:00 a.m., and Saturdays at 6:00 a.m. through Sunday at 1:00 a.m.). Sale of alcohol shall cease promptly at the times set forth above and shall not commence until the approved hours for the following day.
   (C)   Class C license (grocery and other retail). A Class C license shall authorize the retail sale, on the premises specified, of alcoholic liquor, of all varieties, for consumption off the premises; provided that, the primary business is non-alcohol retail; and, further provided that, no gasoline is sold on said premises. The local Liquor Commissioner shall issue six type C licenses. The fee for a Class C license shall be as set out in § 38.01 of this code of ordinances. Class C licenses shall authorize the premises to be open for business from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on each day from Sunday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the following day on each Friday and Saturday (Fridays at 6:00 a.m. through Saturday at 1:00 a.m., and Saturdays at 6:00 a.m. through Sunday at 1:00 a.m.). Sale of alcohol shall cease promptly at the times set forth above and shall not commence until the approved hours for the following day.
   (D)   Class D license (restaurant). A Class D license shall authorize the sale of alcoholic liquor of all varieties on the specified restaurant premises. The local Liquor Commissioner shall issue five Class D licenses. The fee for a Class D license is referenced in § 38.01. Class D licenses shall authorize the premises to be open for business from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on each day from Sunday through Thursday, and from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the following day on each Friday and Saturday (Fridays at 6:00 a.m. through Saturday at 1:00 a.m., and Saturdays at 6:00 a.m. through Sunday at 1:00 a.m.). Sale of alcohol shall cease promptly at the times set forth above and shall not commence until the approved hours for the following day.
   (E)   Class E license (banquet facility). A Class E license shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor of all varieties in conjunction with food service in a caterer-retailer business. The local Liquor Commissioner shall issue zero type E licenses. The fee for a Class E license shall be as set out in § 38.01 of this code of ordinances. Class E licenses shall authorize the premises to be open for business from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on each day from Sunday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the following day on each Friday and Saturday (Fridays at 6:00 a.m. through Saturday at 1:00 a.m., and Saturdays at 6:00 a.m. through Sunday at 1:00 a.m.). Sale of alcohol shall cease promptly at the times set forth above and shall not commence until the approved hours for the following day.
   (F)   Class F license (bowling alley). A Class F license shall be authorized for the sale of alcoholic liquor of all varieties, on the premises of a bowling alley. The local Liquor Commissioner shall issue one type F license. The fee for a Class F license shall be as set out in § 38.01 of this code of ordinances. Class F licenses shall authorize the premises to be open for business from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on each day from Sunday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the following day on each Friday and Saturday (Fridays at 6:00 a.m. through Saturday at 1:00 a.m., and Saturdays at 6:00 a.m. through Sunday at 1:00 a.m.). Sale of alcohol shall cease promptly at the times set forth above and shall not commence until the approved hours for the following day.
   (G)   Class G license (special event retailer). A Class G license shall be authorized for the following events: Bond County Fourth Fest, Bond County Fair, and Art Walk. Other special events will be on a per-event basis for the sale of beer or wine for consumption at the location of the special event on the dates prescribed in the application. The local Liquor Commissioner shall issue two type G licenses in addition to the three previously mentioned. If the Council chooses to issue a Class G license, the license will be created for the event and cancelled simultaneously with the end of the same event. The fee for a Class G license shall be as set out in § 38.01 of this code of ordinances. Class G licenses shall authorize the premises to be open for business from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on each day from Sunday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the following day on each Friday and Saturday (Fridays at 6:00 a.m. through Saturday at 1:00 a.m., and Saturdays at 6:00 a.m. through Sunday at 1:00 a.m.). Sale of alcohol shall cease promptly at the times set forth above and shall not commence until the approved hours for the following day.
   (H)   Class H license (club). A Class H license shall be authorized for the sale of alcoholic liquor of all varieties for consumption on the premises of a club, as defined herein. The local Liquor Commissioner shall issue zero type H Licenses. The fee for a Class H license shall be as set out in § 38.01 of this code of ordinances. Class H licenses shall authorize the premises to be open for business from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on each day from Sunday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the following day on each Friday and Saturday (Fridays at 6:00 a.m. through Saturday at 1:00 a.m., and Saturdays at 6:00 a.m. through Sunday at 1:00 a.m.). Sale of alcohol shall cease promptly at the times set forth above and shall not commence until the approved hours for the following day.
   (I)   Class I license (bar or tavern). A Class I license shall authorize the retail sale of all varieties of alcoholic liquor for use or consumption and not for resale in any form. The local Liquor Commissioner shall issue three type I licenses. The fee for a Class I license shall be as set at out in § 38.01 of this code of ordinances. Class I licenses shall authorize the premises to be open for business from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. on each day from Sunday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. the following day on each Friday and Saturday (Fridays at 6:00 a.m. through Saturday at 2:00 a.m., and Saturdays at 6:00 a.m. through Sunday at 2:00 a.m.). Sale of alcohol shall cease promptly at the times set forth above and shall not commence until the approved hours for the following day.
   (J)   Class J license (caterer retailer). A Class J license shall authorize a retailer to serve alcoholic liquors for consumption either on-site or off-site, whether the location is licensed or unlicensed, as an incidental part of food service. The local Liquor Commissioner shall issue one type J license. The fee for a Class J license shall be as set at out in § 38.01 of this code of ordinances. Class J licenses shall authorize caterer operation from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on each day from Sunday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the following day on each Friday and Saturday (Fridays at 6:00 a.m. through Saturday at 1:00 a.m., and Saturdays at 6:00 a.m. through Sunday at 1:00 a.m.). Serving of alcohol shall cease promptly at the times set forth above and shall not commence until the approved hours for the following day.
   (K)   Class K license (package/pour license). A Class K license shall authorize the retail sale of all varieties of alcoholic liquor for consumption off premises, and the sale of beer and wine for consumption on premise with a limit of two drinks during a six hour period; provided that the primary business is package liquor and/or tobacco retail sales; and further provided that no gasoline is sold on said premises. The fee for a Class K license is referenced in § 38.01 of this code. Class K licenses shall authorize the premises to be open for business from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on each day from Sunday through Thursday, and from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the following day on each Friday and Saturday (Fridays at 6:00 a.m. through Saturday at 1:00 a.m., and Saturdays at 6:00 a.m. through Sunday at 1:00 a.m.). Sale of alcohol shall cease promptly at the times set forth above and shall not commence until the approved hours for the following day.
   (L)   Class L license (service station/convenience store pour license. A Class L license shall authorize the retail sale, on premises specified, of beer and wine for consumption off the premises; provided that, gasoline is also sold on the premises. A Class L license shall authorize the sale of beer and wine for consumption on premise only with a limit of two drinks during a six hour period. The local Liquor Commissioner shall issue two type L licenses. The fee for a Class L license shall initially be as set out § 38.01 of this code. Class L licenses shall authorize the premises to be open for business from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on each day from Sunday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the following day on each Friday and Saturday (Fridays at 6:00 a.m. through Saturday at 1:00 a.m., and Saturdays at 6:00 a.m. through Sunday at 1:00 a.m.). Sale of alcohol shall cease promptly at the times set forth above and shall not commence until the approved hours for the following day.
   (M)   Class M license (hotel pour license). A Class M license shall authorize the sale of beer and wine for consumption on premises in conjunction with the operation of a hotel, and not for resale in any form. Such retail sales must be made by the same person who operates the hotel. The local Liquor Commissioner shall issue one type M license. The fee for a Class M license is referenced in § 38.01 of this code. Class M licenses shall authorize the premises to be open for business from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on each day from Sunday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the following day on each Friday and Saturday (Fridays at 6:00 a.m. through Saturday at 1:00 a.m., and Saturdays at 6:00 a.m. through Sunday at 1:00 a.m.). Sale of alcohol shall cease promptly at the times set forth above and shall not commence until the approved hours for the following day.
   (N)   Class N license (package/pour license incl. spirits). A Class N license shall authorize the retail sale of all varieties of alcoholic liquor for consumption off premises, and the sale of beer, spirits, and wine for consumption on premise with a limit of two drinks or six ounces of spirits during a six-hour period; provided that the primary business is package liquor and/or tobacco retail sales; and furtherprovided that no gasoline is sold on said premises. The liquor commissioner shall issue one type N license. The fee for a Class N license is referenced in § 38.01 of this code. Class N licenses shall authorize the premises to be open for business from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on each day from Sunday through Thursday, and from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the following day on each Friday and Saturday ( Fridays at 6:00 a.m. through Saturday 1:00 a.m. and Saturdays at 6:00 a.m. through Sunday at 1:00 a.m.). Sale of alcohol shall cease promptly at the times set forth above and shall not commence until the approved hours for the following day. That to the extent license hosts/conduct on site tastings/pairings, that said licensee shall offer food for purchase such that customers shall be required to purchase a minimum amount of food who's aggregate costs are 25% of their alcohol tab.
