A service charge shall be as set out in § 38.01 of this code of ordinances shall be made per service call whenever it is necessary to turn on or off a meter for any reason other than for the convenience of the city. Said service charges shall also apply to the transfer of an existing account to a new customer where service is not disconnected and shall apply to termination of service for non-payment. The charge for service re-connection after normal business hours is as set out in § 38.01 of this code of ordinances.
