(A) Number of copies. The applicant shall provide two folded prints and digital files of the proposed conditional use if a change to the structures on the lot, or changes to the lot itself, are proposed with the conditional use request. One eight-and-one-half by 11-inch reduced copy of the plan shall also be provided.
(B) Format. A site plan, with associated detail drawings, must be submitted when approval of the city is required pursuant to this division, if a change to the structures on the lot, or changes to the lot itself, are proposed. The site plan shall be prepared to scale. The site plan scale must be drawn numerically and a graphic scale must be provided. The maximum scale acceptable for a site plan shall be one inch equals 100 feet.
(C) Contents. The application shall include the information required by Table 153.1625(A) of this chapter.
