No active recreation area, storage of materials, parking, or structures, except for necessary utility boxes and equipment, shall be located within the buffer yard. The buffer yard may be included in the required building setback. Buffer yards may be used as greenways as defined in the parks/open space standards (§§ 153.1015 through 153.1023 of this chapter).
