§ 153.1044 SITE DESIGN AND GRADING.
   (A)   A note must be placed on the plat for residential lots stating that finished floor elevations must be a minimum of eight inches above final adjacent grade.
   (B)   A grading plan shall be prepared and submitted to the Code Enforcement Officer indicating typical lot grading for all lots in the subdivision.
   (C)   The grading plan shall use typical Federal Housing Administration lot grading types A-C and block grading types 1-5.
   (D)   No more than two average residential lots may drain onto another lot unless a drainage easement is dedicated to contain the run-off.
