§ 153.0689 RECORDING PROCEDURES.
   A conditional zoning classification shall be recorded in the same manner as a rezoning. The conditional zoning classification shall be indicated by the symbols “CD” following the zoning district designation of, for example, “O-CD”. A flow chart of the conditional zoning district process is shown in Figure 153.0689(A) below.
