§ 153.0530 GENERALLY.
   (A)   The notice requirements for each type of application are prescribed in the individual sections of this division and/or the state statute.
   (B)   The notice requirements for certain types of public hearings are established in Table 153.0530(A) below; provided, however, that, to the extent of any inconsistency between the provisions of this section and any state statute, the state statute governs.

Internet: A copy of the notice on the city’s web site must be posted until the proceeding has been completed.

Signage: A sign must be posted on the property subject to the application signs to be installed and provided by the city.a

NOTES TO TABLE:
a The sign shall measure at least 4 feet x 4 feet with a caption stating, “Site of Proposed Rezoning,” as applicable. The letters shall be at least 8 inches in height and 2 inches in width. The sign must state, “Required by § 153.0531, Contents of Notice, subsection (B)”.
b Notice shall be sent to registered neighborhood associations within 200 feet of the project.
c Notice shall be sent to each owner, as indicated by the most recently approved real property assessment tax roll, of real property within 200 feet of the property.
d Notice shall be sent prior to the 15th day before the date of the public hearing. Notice shall be sent only if a plat requires a public hearing with required notice.
T = the type of notice prescribed in Column (A) is required for the category of development order prescribed in Columns (B) through (F).
A dash (“-”) means that the notice is not required.
