(A) The notice requirements for each type of application are prescribed in the individual sections of this division and/or the state statute.
(B) The notice requirements for certain types of public hearings are established in Table 153.0530(A) below; provided, however, that, to the extent of any inconsistency between the provisions of this section and any state statute, the state statute governs.

NOTES TO TABLE:
a The sign shall measure at least 4 feet x 4 feet with a caption stating, “Site of Proposed Rezoning,” as applicable. The letters shall be at least 8 inches in height and 2 inches in width.
