The final inspection shall be made of each building, structure or use after the owner, lessee or agent has returned to the Zoning Inspector a completed application for a certificate of occupancy, at which time the Inspector shall make a final inspection of each building, structure or use to determine if it was completed in accordance with the approved plans and if it complies with all of the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance 72-46, passed May 9, 1972).
