The provisions of Section 852.03 shall not apply to sales made to dealers by commercial travelers or selling agents in the usual course of business, to bona fide sales of goods, wares and merchandise by sample for future delivery, to judicial sales directed by law or under order of court, to sales of the common necessities of life in open market, to Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Camp Fire Girls or church, school or veterans' organizations when such sales are conducted solely by their members and to those sales conducted in conjunction with an organized festival or event operated by or under the auspices of a nonprofit organization, society, fraternity, sorority and/or other similar organization.
