275.02 MEMBERSHIP.

   The Audit Committee shall consist of five members as follows:

   (a)   The Mayor;

   (b)   The Auditor;

   (c)   The President of Council;

   (d)   One professional person with experience in financial and accounting principles as appointed by the Mayor; and

   (e)   One professional person with experience in financial and accounting principles as appointed by the Auditor.
