252.27 AUTHORITY OF CITY AUDITOR RE PERSONNEL RECORDS.

(a) The office of the City Auditor for the City of Greenville, Ohio, is declared to be and by this section is designated as the official site whereby personnel records for the employees of the City of Greenville, Ohio, shall be maintained.

(b) The City Auditor is hereby designated as the officer in charge of the afore- referenced employee personnel files.
