252.21   CALL-IN PAY.
   Employees called in and required to work at a time disconnected from their regular schedule of hours pursuant to an emergency declared by the Director of Public Safety/Service, or other supervisory authority exercising such authority within his or her discretion, shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half. The minimum pay shall be equal to three hours of pay at the rate of time and one-half. A subsequent call-in within the time span covered by the original call-in shall be considered to be part of the original call-in.
