252.20   APPEARANCES IN COURT.
   (a)   Jury Duty. An employee required to serve on a jury before a court empowered by law to require such service shall be excused from duty for the time required for such service. Such employee shall continue to receive his or her regular City pay during the period that he or she serves as a juror provided that such employee reimburses the City for any funds received from the court in remuneration for such service as a juror.
   (b)   Attendance Pursuant to Subpoena. An employee whose presence is required in a court of law pursuant to a subpoena issued by such court shall be excused from duty for the time required for such attendance. Such employee shall continue to receive his or her regular City pay during the period that he or she is required to be in attendance pursuant to the subpoena, provided that such employee shall reimburse the City for any funds received from the court in remuneration for such attendance.
   (c)   Attendance on Behalf of City on Off-Duty Time. Employees required to appear in court on behalf of the City at a time disconnected from their regular schedule of hours, or while on vacation status, shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half. The minimum pay shall be equal to two hours of pay at the rate of time and one-half.
