246.04 WAIVER OF STATE QUALIFICATIONS FOR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENTS.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 124.90, the City hereby waives and suspends further effectiveness of Ohio R.C. 124.41 and 124.42, as the same pertains to qualifications for original appointments to the City's Police Department, in order to comply with the Federal Age Discrimination and Employment Act of 1967.
