246.03   FEE FOR COPIES OF REPORTS.
   (a)   (EDITOR'S NOTE: Division (a) was repealed by Ordinance 92-78, passed June 2, 1992. See Section 234.035.)
   (b)   The Chief of Police shall keep in his possession, in a separate fund, the funds that are derived from the charge for copies of Police Department reports, as provided in Section 234.035, and on the first day of each month shall turn the money over to the City Treasurer.
