§ 50.05 STREET EXCAVATIONS.

No person shall dig, excavate or cause to be dug or excavated within, through or under any street, alley, sidewalk or public highways within the village for any purpose under this chapter, without first obtaining a permit in accordance with Chapter 97 of this code of ordinances.
