(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, unless otherwise provided, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $750 for each offense, and every day that the violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
(B) In addition to the penalties set forth in division (A) above, any person who shall damage any portion or component of the sewerage works of the village by violating any provision of this chapter, or otherwise, shall be civilly liable to the village for the damage.
