(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Whoever violated any of the provisions of §§ 174.01 through 174.08 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $500.
(2) Actions brought to enforce any fine, imprisonment, penalty or forfeiture under §§ 174.01 through 174.08 of this chapter shall be brought in the corporate name of the village, as plaintiff.
(3) Fines for the violation of §§ 174.01 through 174.08 of this chapter, when collected, shall be paid into the treasury of the village.
