§ 174.01 DEFINITIONS.
   All words and phrases used in this subchapter which are defined in an act entitled “An Act Relating to Alcoholic Liquors,” approved 1-31-1934, as amended, and now contained in 235 ILCS 5/1-1 et seq., shall have the meanings accorded to such words and phrases in said act.
