§ 174.06 CERTAIN SALES PROHIBITED; PURCHASE ACCEPTANCE.
   (A)   Sales to a person under 21, habitual drunkards and mental incompetents. No person holding a retail liquor license, nor any officer, associate, member, representative, agent or employee of such person, shall sell, give or deliver alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of 21 years, or to any intoxicated person, or to any person known by him or her to be a habitual drunkard, spendthrift, insane, mentally ill, mentally deficient or in need of mental treatment.
   (B)   Purchase acceptance by persons under 21. Any person to whom the sale, gift or delivery of alcoholic liquor is prohibited because of age shall not purchase or accept a gift of alcoholic liquor.
   (C)   Purchase for the purpose of distribution to persons under the age of 21. Any person of legal age who shall purchase alcoholic liquor for the purpose of giving or delivering any of said alcoholic liquor to any person who may not lawfully buy the same in the village shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
