§ 174.05 IDENTIFICATION CARDS.
   No person shall transfer, alter or deface any identification card, nor use the identification card of another, nor carry or use a false or forges identification card, not obtain an identification card by means of false information for the purpose of unlawfully purchasing or gaining possession of alcoholic liquor.
