(A) Any dangerous building, as defined in § 98.01 of this chapter, in the village is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
(B) It shall be unlawful to maintain or permit the existence of any dangerous building in the village, and it shall be unlawful for the record owner, occupant or person in custody of any dangerous building to permit the same to remain in a dangerous condition or to occupy the building or permit it to be occupied while it is or remains in a dangerous condition. The President and Board of Trustees may, in addition to any other action authorized by this chapter, enforce this section.
