§ 154.150 INSTALLATION.
   (A)   Precast concrete structures shall be located as shown on the drawings in Appendix A of this chapter.
   (B)   Excavation and backfill for precast structures shall be in accordance with §§ 154.030 through 154.036 of this chapter.
   (C)   Unless otherwise shown, the top of a manhole or other structure shall be set at ground level or the top of pavement.
