The town reserves the right to inspect any work completed by the contractor in order to ensure conformance with the Construction Standards. Such inspection shall be performed at the town’s discretion and expense. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to notify the town at least 48 hours in advance of any testing which is specified as to be witnessed by the town. No connection shall be made to any existing town utilities before inspection and approval by the appropriate town personnel. A final inspection must be completed by the town prior to completion of the project.
