Any construction, enlargement, alteration, repair or improvement which is made in violation of the existing Construction Standards herein shall be a violation, and each such day that the violation continues shall be considered a separate violation. The penalty for each violation shall be a fine not to exceed $1,000 per day. Any such fine shall be payable to the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
