§ 154.017 PERMITS FOR CONSTRUCTION.
   (A)   It shall be the responsibility of the developer, contractor or property owner to obtain any and all necessary permits required from state, federal and local regulatory agencies with regard to utility and infrastructure construction. Such permits may include, but are not limited to:
      (1)   The state’s Department of Environmental Management (IDEM);
      (2)   The state’s Department of Natural Resources (IDNR);
      (3)   The state’s Department of Transportation (INDOT); and
      (4)   The state’s and county’s Soils Conservation Office.
   (B)   In addition to its own requirements, the town will not allow the construction of utilities and related infrastructure to proceed until it has been given reasonable assurance that all required regulatory permits have been obtained. Copies of such permits shall be provided to the town before construction begins.
