§ 154.016 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES.
   (A)   Other ordinances enforced. In conjunction with this chapter, the town has adopted other ordinances regarding subdivision control and utility use, planning and zoning and charges. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as contradicting or overruling such ordinances.
   (B)   Submittal of plans for review. Before any infrastructure improvements or construction can begin, detailed construction plans shall be submitted to the town for review and approval. All plans shall be prepared and certified by a professional engineer or registered land surveyor as allowed for and provided by state law. The plans shall incorporate the requirements of this chapter and be prepared on sheets no larger than 24 inches by 36 inches in dimension. A minimum of four sets of plans shall be submitted, with one set returned to the contractor upon approval. Upon completion of the work, an “as-built” or record set of drawings shall be submitted to the town which accurately show any revisions made during the construction of the project. Said record drawings shall be submitted in a timely manner, but in no case shall they be submitted more than six weeks after project completion or the completion of any phase, as may be appropriate. In addition to the paper drawings, the contractor shall provide the town with a copy of any electronic media, or AutoCAD files, which shows the various utility locations for the purpose of updating the town’s master drawings.
