(A) No person shall park in a parking place reserved for handicapped parking any vehicle which does not have displayed an unexpired handicapped person’s or disabled veteran’s placard issued by the state or by any other state or municipality.
(B) No person shall park in a reserved handicapped parking place while displaying a placard to which neither the person nor the person’s passenger is entitled.
(C) No person shall park a vehicle in a handicapped parking place unless said person is at that time in the process of transporting a handicapped or disabled person.
