(A) Except where angled parking is permitted by local ordinance, every vehicle stopped or parked upon a roadway where there is an adjacent curb shall be stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of the vehicle parallel with and within 12 inches of the right- hand curb.
(B) Vehicles may be parked diagonally where markings are so provided, but it shall be unlawful for the owner, operator, driver or person in charge of a vehicle to park said vehicle so that a portion of it or its load extends or protrudes out onto the traveled portion of the street or tends to obstruct the flow of traffic on the street.
(C) White or yellow lines shall be painted on the streets of the business district of the town designating spaces wherein vehicles may be parked. Such painting shall be under the supervision of the Town Council and the Town Marshal, and it shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle outside of the spaces so indicated.
