§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation of § 50.01 shall be punishable by fine of not more than $500 for each offense. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Pursuant to the provisions contained in KRS 65.8808, the maximum civil fine shall be $500 and civil fines less than maximum if not contested shall be $300.
