(A) Any person violating § 130.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500, or imprisoned not less than one nor more than ten days, or both.

(B) Violation of § 130.02 shall be punishable by fine of not more than $500 for each offense. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) Pursuant to the provisions contained in KRS 65.8808, the maximum civil fine shall be $500 and civil fines less than maximum if not contested shall be $300.
