(A) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 94.02 shall be guilty of a violation and fined an amount not less than $10 nor more than $250. Each day of a continuing violation is deemed a separate violation.
(C) Pursuant to the provisions contained in KRS 65.8808, the maximum civil fine shall be $500 and civil fines less than maximum if not contested shall be $300.
