§ 91.45 REQUIREMENT TO KEEP SIDEWALKS IN GOOD ORDER AND REPAIR.
   All owners of real estate abutting and fronting upon any street within the corporate limits of the city are hereby required to keep the public sidewalks immediately abutting said real estate in good order and repair at the expense of said property owner.
