§ 36.072 WORK TIME RESTRICTED.
   Non-exempt employees shall not commence any work activities in behalf of the city before seven minutes preceding the start of the work shift, or continue work activities more than seven minutes after completion of the work shift, unless specifically authorized by their department head.
