§ 151.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates § 151.01 through 151.06 for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than $1,000. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.

   (B)   The owner or the occupant, or the agent of any structure shall be responsible for the provisions of §§ 151.15 through 151.18. Any person that violates any part of §§ 151.15 through 151.18 may be found guilty of a Class D infraction and may be fined not more than $25 for each day which he or she allows the violation to exist.
