Whenever a vehicle is selling or offering for sale any ice cream, candy, soft drink beverages or other confectionaries, such vehicle shall be parked flush with the curb of the street, in compliance with applicable city ordinances and state statutes, and sales shall only be made from the side of the vehicle next to the curb or sidewalk of such street.
