(A) No persons shall display merchandise or signs, or place any obstructions on any sidewalk in the city that will block or occupy more than one-half the width of the sidewalk.
(B) Nothing shall be permitted near intersections so as to obstruct vision, hearing, or interfere with pedestrian or vehicular safety, and nothing will be permitted where it will interfere with the use of adjoining property.
